Located in the heart of the charming Monti district, the apartment is on the 4th floor of an elegant building with 5 floors (with elevator), just one minute walk from the Coliseum and its Metro stop, in a district filled with all amenities such as restaurants, bars , pizzerias, pubs, ice cream parlors, pharmacies, post offices, taxis, etc.
Inside the house you will find all the comforts, such as: parquet magnolia, Daikin air conditioners in every room, Wi-fi ADSL 20 MB, flat screen TV 40 “, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle for tea, juice maker, ceran stove, dishwasher, washer, hairdryer, bathtub with shower, walk-in closet and 2 large balconies with table. At guests disposal there is also an extensive library with novels, political essays, photo books, history and poetry. If you like to leave a book you want to share with future guests, we’ll be grateful. The living room has a movable wall which can be opened to create an open environment of more than 48 square yards.
CHECK-IN RULES
Check-in by appointment for key collection, house check and instructions on its services; we will supply more informations about the city and transportation links.
Check-in standard from 16:00 to 22:00.
Late check-in from 22:00 to 00:00 (extra € 15,00).
Check-out at 12:00, with return of keys and apartment check.
If necessary, you can request a different time for check-out (an extra fee may be applied).
▸ All rooms are smoke-free, for safety reasons and to respect the other guests; you will be free to smoke on the terraces, which are equipped with ashtrays;
▸ For legal and assurance reasons, only registered guests can stay in the apartment;
▸ At the reservation we require a deposit of € 150,00;
▸ As required by law, at check-in will be asked for cash payment of Rome city tax for tourists (€ 3.50 per day for each guest over 10 years old, max 10 consecutive days of stay).
Guests will receive a dedicated phone number for basic necessities (time 10:00 to 20:00), and at any time for emergency situations.
